GENERAL QUESTIONS
What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email that allows you to track the status of your order.
Can I change my order?
We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. Once your order has reached the status of "Preparing for Shipment," "Shipped," or "Delivered," we can no longer make any changes to your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following two main payment methods:

gifttn primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. Through PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover.
● Secure Credit Card Payment
We also accept credit card payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
In which currency will I be charged?
All our transactions are processed in USD. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the appropriate conversion rate for your chosen currency—depending on the website you are visiting.
Do you offer 3- or 4-installment payment plans?
We accept payment in 3 installments.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide—including Asia, North and Central America, Europe, and Oceania—and offer payment via PayPal and credit card.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Once you have placed your order, processing typically takes 3 to 7 days.
Shipping duration depends on the delivery method you have selected.
How can I track my package?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email that allows you to track the status of your order.
What happens if I am not home? If you are not at home, either a second delivery attempt will be made the following day, or the delivery service will contact you to schedule a new delivery date—this depends on the specific country and the chosen delivery method.
In some cases, you may also need to pick up your package at your local post office if direct delivery to you is not possible.
RETURNS
Do you accept returns? We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must have been purchased through our online shop.
- The item must not have been used in any way.
- The request for a return or exchange must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Can I exchange an item?
We accept exchange requests; the same conditions apply as for returns.
If you wish to make an exchange, please inform our support team during the return processing that you would like to exchange the item for a different one.
Are returns free of charge?
To return an item, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return address. Once you have received the address, please pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
Returns are free of charge in certain cases. If you return an item and the reason for the return is not due to an error on the part of gifttn.com, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are acknowledged within 14 days of the package arriving at our warehouse.
Once your return has been accepted, the refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued within 14 days of our service team confirming your return. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please contact us via our Support Center.
